Mac & Cheese w/Tomatoes & Mushroom
I used a large box of shell macaroni and followed the Betty Crocker medium white sauce recipe for this dish.

I didn’t really have any plans for dinner last night so I just kind of made something up.
I had really wanted some cauliflower so I sauteed some onion in cumin & mustard seeds. I added chopped mushroom, cumin, chili powder and garlic powder. Once that cooked for awhile I added the florets of one small cauliflower with about 1/2 cup of water, covered and let cook slowly for 10-15 mins...
